About Britta

With a new year comes new & updated introductions!

HEYYY my name is Britta!! I am so stoked that you have somehow gotten to my photo page, whether you personally know me or are considering me to photograph your special day! I truly believe that it is so important to personally KNOW your wedding vendors before you book them. So I hope this blog post helps you get a glimpse into who I am and my passion behind what I do.

For starters, I am an elopement and destination wedding photographer. I have the privilege of celebrating couples all over the US by documenting their day! I am obsessed with my job and I love every minute of it! It is the people that I work with that make it so special. I love hearing about how my couples met, meeting their families on wedding days, and becoming lifelong friends with my couples.

I am (almost) a college grad with a degree in business and Bible theology. While I love photography, I absolutely love the business side of things. I especially love the marketing aspect of my job. College has shown me how much I love learning about business in general, which has shaped a lot of how I run my photo business.

I love to travel, which is no secret! My favorite place I have ever been to has to be Grand Teton National Park. I have been there countless times and it never gets old! The hiking there is absolutely incredible! One of my life goals is to visit every US National Park.

In my free time you will probably find me walking to a coffee shop, spending time with family, or planning for my next trip to the mountains. I have also learned to love reading in the past couple of years. I am currently reading through the Harry Potter books and they are so so good!! But truly, most of my free time is taken up by running my business and serving you all the best I can!

And at the center of everything I do, I strive to glorify the Lord! Life is a gift and my job as a wedding photographer is a gift. My goal to serve couples comes from a deep love for God and knowing that every person has incredible value & worth.
